Service Description

In this program, we'll work together to identify your health/wellness & lifestyle goals, modify or eliminate old limiting beliefs & habits and dig deeper at core issues that you feel may be holding you back from creating your best life. You'll start to adopt new & healthy lifestyle choices that will promote more optimism, energy, and vitality within your everyday life. This package consists of 11 total sessions (One 2-hr initial session & Ten 1-hr follow-up sessions) that must be used/scheduled within 60 days of coach/client agreement signing. For pricing of this package please see the "The Green Heart" Plan. If paying by the session cost is $77.00/hr.
